We offer a 14-day free return policy on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund (no fee applies). Please note that we are unable to provide a refund on shipping paid, and we are unable to accept international returns. Please see below for more details, or view our full return policy here.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, and you wish to cancel it, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Our customer service team will attempt to cancel your order. If we are unable to cancel it, or your order has already been shipped, you may follow the steps below to return your item once you receive it.

How To Return

Step 1 - Let Us Know

Please submit a return request by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your items. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be returned.

Step 2 - Ship It Back

A pre-paid return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you. Returns are free, however please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges.

Step 3 - Get Refunded

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued. You will be notified via email, and it may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
