Frequently Asked Questions
Our anti-gravity phone case works with our nano-suction technology, which we embed in the back of the case in multiple layers. Similar to millions of tiny suction cups, the nano-suction technology adheres to most surfaces, allowing the phone case to stick.
Similar to suction cups, the nano-suction back isn't sticky, because it uses no tape-like material. Therefore, when you hold it in your hand, or when you slide it in your pocket, it doesn't feel caught, and it doesn't leave any sticky residue.
No! Our nano-suction technology is designed in such a way that the suction of the case will never wear off. You could stick the case to different surfaces, day after day, for years, and it still wouldn't start to lose its suction!
It's unlikely that the case will get dirty. However, if you notice that your case isn't sticking, we recommend checking to see if lint and various other debris has collected. If you notice an accumulation of dirt, debris, and lint, cleaning the case is easy. Please refer to the steps below for how to clean the case.
If the case gets dirty in any way, please refer to the below instructions to clean the case.
1. Remove your phone from the case.
2. Wipe off the back of the case with a damp paper towel. Our case is waterproof, so this won't cause it to lose its suction.
3. Dry the case with a dry paper towel.
That's it! Your case will be clean and should start sticking to surfaces again.
No! Our anti-gravity case uses our nano-suction technology, instead of simply being sticky. Therefore, when you hold the phone or slide it in your pocket, it won't get stuck, and there won't be any sticky residue.
Our case is designed to stick to all surfaces except your hands and pockets. It is possible that you could encounter problems sticking the case to highly rough surfaces, or surfaces that aren't flat. However, this is unlikely, and most of the time, our case will even stick to these surfaces.
Once you stick your phone onto a surface, it will stay stuck until you decide to take it off. It won't fall off or lose its suction.
